Visitation and Affiliation with Douglas Lodge #153

Visitation - All Masons in good standing from a regularly constituted Lodge under the jurisdiction of a Grand Lodge recognized by the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Colorado are welcome to visit Douglas Lodge #153. In Colorado, presentation of a valid dues card from a Lodge under the jurisdiction of the M.W. Grand Lodge of Colorado or from a regularly constituted Lodge under the jurisdiction of a Grand Lodge recognized by theM.W. Grand Lodge of Colorado and the administering of the Test (or Tyler's) Oath are required for admission as a visitor into any Colorado Lodge.

Please view our Calendar to select a meeting night for your visit. First time visitors should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting time to allow for your credentials to be verified and for the administering of the test oath. If you have sat in open Lodge with a member of Douglas Lodge #153, please advise the Brother with whom you have sat in Lodge that you would like to visit, so he can vouch for you and, if possible, advise the Secretary in advance of your visit.

Affiliation - In accordance with the Book of Constitutions of the M.W. Grand Lodge of Colorado, a Certificate/Letter of Good Standing is requiredto accompany a Petition for Dual or Plural Membership.  The fastest way to obtain this is for the Mason desiring to affiliate with Douglas Lodge #153 to request the Letter/Certificate from his home Lodge's Secretary, prior to petitioning.

If you have any questions regarding Visitation or Affiliation, please contact the Secretary, who will be glad to assist you.

Building Rental - The first floor of our Lodge building is available for rent!  Perfect for meetings, receptions, parties, it has banquet tables, chairs, and kitchen facilities available.  Please contact us for more information!
